Organisational Structure
Kopapa o Te Rito
Together with the Trustees, they will provide sound advice on project eligibility where relevant, ensuring successful applications meet eligibility criteria, represent the organization at various activities and promote the use of traditional arts and help make valuable connections.

Trust Manager
Vania Kenning-Kauraka's role is to oversee all the trust activities, set up trust administration and financial processes in consultation with the Trustees and assist individuals and/or entities with applying for funding. Vania will also provide Secretariat Services for Kopapa o Te Rito and reports to Shona Mato-Lynch (Trustee).
Trustees
Our Trustees are responsible for the overall direction of Te Rito as well as setting the vision and strategy. They will also have the role of appointing members of Kopapa o Te Rito and staff.
